⌂ DC Home Fair Price Evaluator
An interactive map that estimates a fair price for more than 107,000 Washington, DC row homes and single-family houses, built end to end from 19 public datasets. A LightGBM model trained on 28,500 cleaned sales gives each home a calibrated 80% price range and a plain-language breakdown of what drives its estimate. The model is tested for vertical equity (whether cheaper homes are systematically over-valued) using International Association of Assessing Officers ratio-study standards. Assessed values, demographics, crime and school measures are deliberately kept out of the price and shown only as context.
Mapping Pennsylvania's Demographic Predictors of Electoral Outcomes
An exploration of the relationship between demographic composition and presidential voting patterns across Pennsylvania's counties from 2012 to 2024. This project combines census data, housing market indicators, and election results to visualize how factors like racial composition, educational attainment, and property values correlate with shifting electoral outcomes in one of America's most pivotal swing states.
U.S. Department of Energy OCIO Visual Strategy Map
Led the development of an interactive visual strategy map for the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of the Chief Information Officer. The DOE operates within a federated structure with multiple CIOs, creating confusion among agency leadership and Congress about OCIO's specific role. This tool maps OCIO's five strategic goals directly to DOE's mission priorities in energy, nuclear safety, and scientific innovation, providing an interactive breakdown of each sub-office's responsibilities, cross-team collaboration, and measurable mission impacts. It serves as a resource for leadership briefings, onboarding, and partner engagement.
